Sejuknya~~ dari pagi hujan turun tak berhenti-henti...... sedar2 bangun tadi rupanya hari ni da 15hb..  *gulp!!* baru teringat yg result degree akan keluar hari nie.. dup dap dup dap jantungku.. buka facebook.. mcm2 status ada.. byk yg dpt result ok... and alhamdulillah result aku pun ok and semuanya lulus... ada peningkatan dari last sem.. cuak jugak nak check memikirkan soklan test2 final aritu yg mengancam n dot dot dot especially pathology.. nasib baik lepas.. hehee.. sem depan kena tingkatkan usaha lagi utk dptkan anugerah dukun *(dekan)*.. hehee.. btw happy belated birthday 2 myself yg jatuh pada 12th Feb  yg lalu... huhuuuuuu da 23 tahun da.. cepatnya masa berlalu~~~ hehe.. ok that's all for today..

Haisshh... knape la aku rasa time bulan puasa nie aku makin gmuk..  (>.<) ..kerr.. sebab aku da berhenti keje aku rasa berat badan aku naik.. yer la.. time keje dulu memang exercise gak la.. berpeluh2.. dr pagi sampai ke malam wat kerja.. huhuu.. skang da duk umah je time pose nie.. lagi la x aktif langsung.. lemak2 pun terkumpul.. naseb baik skang bulan puasa.. klu x makan je memanjang.. lagi parah.. haisshh.. agaknya ble la aku leh dapat body cam dier nie.. wowwooww!!...

Makanlah 5 or 7 kali sehari.. -- > puyoo..  byk kan..  tapi makan tu dalam kuantiti yg sikit la.. bukan lam kuantiti byk2.. (biasa kan kta makan 3 kali sehari tp dlm kuantiti yg besar.. tu pun boley lapar lagi pastu..) bukan ape nie untuk elakkan rasa lapar memanjang and pastikan badan bertenaga spanjang hari.. =)

Pastu adik slalu cakap,

Minumla air banyak2.. kasi sisa toksik lam badan tu kluar.. ko takut mnum air tu knape.. bukan nya mengemukkan pun.. 0 kalori ok?.. badan pun chat mnum air banyak2.. tp x la banyak sampai 1 tangki besar air simpanan kat umah ko tuhh.. glerr ape..

Mak pun slalu cakap,

Rajin2la exercise... kasi lemak tu terbakar.. kluar peluh smua.. so badan nanti chat dan kuat... jgn sbab time ni posa ko malas nak exercise.. tuh ko p basuh baju, menyapu, mop lantai smua tu kira exercise gak la.. p kmas umah cpaatt!!.. haisshh.. budak nie.. (erkk!! Malunya kna sound.. ~.~)

So, makanlah dengan btol and jangan ler mkn ikut naafsuuu k.. haisshh.. nanti badan pula yg binasa.. haha.. k happy fasting! ^^

Syukur Alhamdulillah...... akhernya aku telah graduate diploma dengan lulus and jayanya... yahoo!!.. tp x le konvo lagi just dpt result final exam for my final year diploma...congratulation gak dengan kawan2 seperjuangan AS120/2008... we did it!!!... hehe... Alhamdulillah  result final exam aku okey.. ^^ ada naik la pointer dari last sem.. that's mean salah satu azam aku taun nie dah terlaksana... yaayyyy!!....  yeepiii..!!

huuu.. berserabut da kepala nak fikir yang mana satu kursus aku nak pilih untuk sambung degree nanti.... huhuu.. time nie da buka da penerapan ke ijazah sarjana muda UiTM.. adala beberapa kursus degree yang aku berminat.. tapi masih dalam dilemma yang mana satu nak dijadikan pilihan utama, yang kedua, ketiga dan keempat... Hmm.. semua program degree tu dalam fakulti sains kesihatan... kira dari diploma dalam fakulti sains gunaan aku nak tukar ke fakulti sains kesihatan laa... dan antara kursus ijazah sarjana muda yang aku berminat nak amik adalah.... ^^

yesh!!.. aku mengaku aku da makin kemaruk tengok cite jepon sejak beberapa minggu nie... hehe..  biasa tgk cite korea, cite omputih & melayu ngan cite jepon gak la kadang2.. tapi sekarang da makin minat pulak tengok cite jepon nie.. hehe.. asal buka lappy je.. cite jepon je aku tgk.. hehe.. best!!.. ^O^ !!..  teringat lagi time sekolah dulu memang minat gler tgk cite jepon nie..time tuu cite GTO, Good Luck ngan Beach Boys.. yang sekarang pun best gak.. tambah lagi dengan pelakon cite dia yang memang hencem2, cantik & ada gak yg kiut-miut... weee..~ Kat bawah nie adalah antara cite jepon yg aku da tengok.. even ada sesetengah cite tu da pernah tgk sebelum nie and ada gak yg da lama bersiaran... still best gak nak tengok lagi... hehe... =D
